Joe was mentored by Rev & Mrs. Goodwin for many years and has continued to see the power of the Spirit manifested in his meetings since he began his own itinerant ministry over 40 years ago. Rev. Jordan began his ministry in 1957 when he was asked to be an associate at Rev. JR and Mrs. Goodwin’s Church in Pasadena, TX.
In 1964 Rev. Jordan began the itinerant ministry. In may of 1983 a dramatic change took place. One night 25-30 people got “drunk in the Holy Ghost” and supernaturally filled with joy.Since that time virtually every service has been marked by manifestations of joy as well as both physical and emotional healings!
Joe has ministered in the Spirit as a traveling minister for over 40 years. After Brother Goodwin passed away, Joe ministered with Sister Goodwin many times, interpreting as she spoke out messages in tongues.
He also shared the platform with Kenneth Hagin and many others, and has held meetings at Billye Brim’s Prayer Mountain. When he concluded a teaching seminar at Lester Sumrall’s church years ago, Brother Sumrall told the audience, “You have been very privileged to hear this today. I’ve known of only 3 or 4 men in my life who can teach on the gifts of the Spirit in this depth.”
Rev. Joe Jordan and others will be teaching on the Holy Spirit, spiritual gifts, and ministering in the Spirit. He will be sharing with you in the same way the Goodwins ministered to him, John Osteen, Kenneth Hagin, and many others over the years.
